You always get something delicious to eat here. The prices are just not that cheap

No card payment possible, only cash. Where are they still? Very bad. The answer: It is nice that you can pay with the card in over 100 branches. I also do this in many other branches. But that doesn't help me if I have to put the rolls I have already selected back in this branch. It should be uniform. Either you can pay with a card at Backwerk or not. You can already influence that.

The shop is clean, staff very friendly. The baked goods there are industrial goods at reasonable prices. Of course it does not beat the bakery around the corner but it's okay

Actually, everything was delicious until I saw that a roll fell to the floor. This was first repealed and first put aside. Later this was occupied and placed on the shelf for sale. Small breakfast, fast on the hand and cheap. If you have more time you can sit down too

It is a large branch directly in the train station. There is some seating available, but it is often full. Still, you never have to wait long at the checkout. There are 3 machines for hot drinks, so every drink is available in every size. Given that the branch is located in the train station, it is pretty clean and the staff are mostly very nice despite the stressful atmosphere.

It can not be that if I open the store at 6:30, only 5 out of 50 different baked goods will be offered. And if you ask nicely how long the other bakery products still take you get an answer that this will take another hour and that is the customer's inappropriate tone. The coronation is yet to come ... The employee told me even more: "yes then they can start at 5:30 clock". That is an absurdity in my opinion.

As with almost every baking not really clean. Tables very dirty. I have to clean my place myself.
